YKK High-Voltage Motor

YKK series 10KV high voltage three-phase induction motor is a cage type induction motor with closed air-air cooler. The protection class of the motor is IP44 or IP54 (see GB/T4942.1) and the cooling method is IC611 (GB/T1993).

The motor has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable performance, convenient installation and maintenance.

This series of motors can be used to drive various kinds of machinery. Such as universal machine, compressor, water pump, crusher, cutting machine and other equipment, and can be used for coal mine, machinery industry, power plant and a variety of industrial and mining enterprises as the prime power.

The structure and installation type of YKK high-voltage motor is IMB3 (see GB997). The norm is the continuous norm based on the continuous working system (S1). The rated frequency of the motor is 50HZ, the rated voltage is 6KV and 10KV, and other voltage levels or special requirements can be agreed with the user when ordering.

Viewed from the shaft extension end, the 2-pole motor rotates in a clockwise direction. If the user needs to rotate in a counterclockwise direction, it must be indicated when ordering.

YKK high voltage motor adopts international popular box structure, frame, end cover and other parts are welded with steel plate, light weight, good stiffness, remove the top cover or cooler, can observe or contact the motor inside, easy installation and maintenance.

Y series is the basic series, and the protection grade is IP54. On this basis, it is convenient to add some components to derive products with different cooling and protection modes.

Application field:

It is suitable for driving all kinds of machinery without special requirements, such as machine tools, compressors, water pumps, fans, conveyor belts, crushers, etc., and can be used as the driving force for machinery industry, petroleum industry, power generation industry and various industrial and mining enterprises.
